Order Placement: Please follow the onscreen instructions to place your order. By submitting an order, you are offering to purchase the products at the listed prices, including any applicable delivery charges.
Order Acknowledgement: After placing an order, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This email is an acknowledgment of your order, but not an acceptance or confirmation of it by The Apothecary Candle Company.

Please note that no contract will exist between you and The Apothecary Candle Company unless and until we dispatch the products. The contract will be completed upon dispatch of the products unless we notify you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

2. Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive the products. If the products have already been dispatched when you contact us, you will be advised to return them upon delivery at your own expense.

Return Process: If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us before the products are dispatched. If the products have already been dispatched, we will accept returns provided that the items are in their original packaging and condition. You must return the products to us within 28 working days of notifying us of your intention to return the items.
Credit Note: We will issue a credit note for any fabric returned in its original packaging and in the condition it was received, provided that proof of purchase is included.

This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Returns and Refunds

You may return any unused product within 7 working days from the day after receipt of the product by notifying us in writing within the 7-day period. Upon receipt of the returned product in its original packaging and condition, we will refund any payments made, within 28 days.

Return Conditions: The products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. You must ensure that the returned products are packaged properly to avoid any damage during transit. We recommend retaining proof of postage when returning items, as the products remain your responsibility until we receive them.
Refund Process: We will issue a refund to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.

4. Non-Acceptance of Orders

The Apothecary Candle Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order for any of the following reasons:

The product is out of stock or unavailable.
There is an error in the pricing or product description.
We are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.

No substitute products will be sent without your prior consent. Once we accept your order, it becomes binding, subject to your rights of cancellation.
